<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately obtain a rotation quantity on an output side in a driving mechanism. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The driving mechanism includes a driving rotary member 8f and a driven rotary member 7. The driving rotary member 8f has first and second contact portions 26a and 26b and can rotate also in the opposite direction. The driven rotary member 7 includes: a third contact portion 7ba that comes into contact with the first contact portion 26a provided in the driving rotary member 8f when the driving rotary member 8f rotates in one direction; and a fourth contact portion 7bb that comes into contact with the second contact portion 26b provided in the driving rotary member 8f when the driving rotary member 8f rotates in the other direction. At least one of the driving rotary member 8f and the driven rotary member 7 is molded in two colors with a platable material 20 , and a non-platable material 21. In the first and second contact portions 26a and 26b or the third and fourth contact portions 7ba and 7bb, metal plating is applied onto the surface of a part made of the platable material 20, thereby forming conductive portions 24a, 25a, 41a and 42a that are not conductive with one another.
