<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely keep air-tightness by holding a tubular member by a tube holding section as far as the moving distance of an inner tank plate due to shrinkage is shorter than the notch length of a notch when the inner tank plate shrinks. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This seal structure is formed by fixing the inner tank plate 12 defining an interior space, an outer sheathing board 16 sheathing the inner tank plate 12 and a tubular member 18 inserted through-holes 12a, 16a formed in the inner tank plate 12 and the outer sheathing board 16 by using an elastic bushing 2. The bushing 2 has a tube holding part 25 for holding the whole circumference of an end part of the tubular member 18, a plate holding part 26 for holding the whole circumference in the vicinity of an edge defining the opening 12a in the inner tank plate 12 or the whole circumference in the vicinity of an edge defining the opening 16a in the outer sheathing board 16 and a fitting part 27 externally fitted to the tubular member 18. The plate holding part 26 holds the inner tank plate 12 or the sheathing board 16 to seal the space between the inner tank plate 12 and the outer sheathing board 16 gastightly from the outside space. The fitting part 27 is fitted to the tubular member 18 to seal the space between the inner tank plate 12 and the sheathing board 16 gastightly from the space inside the tubular member 18.
