<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof case capable of dispensing with the predetermined troublesome operation to be performed in advance before mounting a body device such as a camera or the like in the waterproof case without complicating structures of the waterproof case and the body device such as the camera or the like to be stored in the waterproof case. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A protruding part 221 provided on a rear surface cover 202 of the waterproof case while storing the camera is abutted on a protruding part 93a provided on an appearance side of a cancel button 93 provided in a camera body, a gap between a wire exposed part 139 of a flexible wiring board in an extended part 137 of an analog switch and a metallic plate 138 is crushed by the contact pressure, and signals are inputted into the inside of the body device to constitute that an output signal by a switch at the first step operated by a cross button 121 becomes invalid by the information about this signal.
