PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new carburized rolling bearing capable of exhibiting excellent durability and an excellent service life with hardly changing a process aspect with heat treatment as the center. SOLUTION: One or more bearing members selected from an inner ring, an outer ring and a rolling element are composed of a steel having a composition comprising, by mass, 0.10 to 0.30% C, 0.10 to 0.50% Si, 0.60 to 1.00% Mn, 2.00 to 5.00% Ni, 0.50 to 2.00% Cr, 0.10 to 0.50% Mo,≤0.3% Cu,≤0.01% O, 0.010 to 0.050% Al and 0.010 to 0.030% N, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, and in which the DI value of the steel and the thickness t of the bearing member composed of the steel satisfy the relation of DI/t>0.45.
