PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shooting handle for a game machine, which prevents a fastener member such as a screw for fixing an operation member to the base member of a handle body from being exposed to the outside and enables an improvement in security, and to provide a game machine with the same. SOLUTION: The base member 10 has a cylindrical body portion 11 and a spread portion 12 formed at one end of the body portion 11. The operation member 20 operated by a player is disposed at the spread portion 12 of the base member 10 so as to be held by a cover member 30, the base member 10 has a fixing portion 13 for fixing the cover member 30, and the fixing portion is formed inward from the outer edge of the body portion 11.
