PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely detect an object independently of the size of the object in an image. SOLUTION: A learning model creating apparatus includes a learning preprocessing unit 11 for applying preprocessing to a plurality of learning images including an object so that the gradation difference of a contour is made different according to the size of the object in each learning image and a learning unit 12 for creating a learning model indicating features of the object on the basis of the processed learning image.
