<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable smooth torque transmission, hardly causing energy loss and uneven wear. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This transmission is provided with; an input and an output shafts 5, 7 rotatably supported by a housing 3; a fixed bevel gear 9 formed concentrically with the input and output shafts 5, 7 and fixed at the housing 3 side and having chips inclined and oriented to an axial direction of the input and output shafts 5, 7; an output bevel gear 11 rotatably provided integrally with the output shaft 7, arranged concentrically with and radially adjacently to the fixed bevel gear 9, having chips inclined and oriented to an axial direction of the output shafts 7, and having the different number of teeth from that of the fixed bevel gear 9; an oscillating bevel gear 13 meshing with the fixed bevel gear 9 and the output bevel gear 11 and moving meshing section in a circumference direction in order according to rotation of the input shaft 5; and an oscillating base 15 rotating together with the input shaft 5 and making the oscillating bevel gear 13 mesh and rotate.
