The invention relates to machine-building and can be used in drives for transfer of power loads. A planetary reducer consists of a body, toothed wheel installed in it, with inner teeth, cover fixed by bolts to the body and pressing the wheel to the body by lug, low-speed shaft installed in the body on two bearings, cylindrical high speed shaft installed on bearing of low-speed shaft and cover bearing, satellite with external teeth that form multiple-tooth contact with small difference of teeth number with respective teeth of central wheel of eccentric bushing and equalizer as flat washer placed on high-speed shaft in plane of eccentricity fixed to shaft by common dowel and separated from bearings with spacer plates. The satellite is installed on eccentric bushing on bearing, and central toothed wheel is fixed in the body by means of pins parallel to axis of reducer. The low-speed shaft is kinematically connected to satellite by means of carrier placed in parallel to axis of reducer and arranged in form of cylindrical rod with stepped profile, its smaller cylinder is connected to low-speed shaft with resting at the end of the larger cylinder and the larger cylinder interacts with the inner wall of radial slot provided in satellite. Width of the slot is equal to diameter of the larger cylinder, and length exceeds sum of diameter of the larger cylinder and two eccentricities of toothed gearing. Tightness of reducer is provided by rubber ring placed between the body and the cover and by use of bearings with seals. |
