Disclosed is a hinge-lid package (2) comprising a box body (4) which is provided with an outer box (10) having an opening end (11) at the top and an inner frame (12) partially projecting from the opening end (11), and a lid (6) which is rotatably connected to the rear edge of the opening end (11) through a hinge.  The lid (6) has a recess (40) in the outer surface of a front wall (36).
