PURPOSE: An organic light-emitting device, a fabrication method thereof, a display device and an electronic device are provided to suppress ununiformity of luminance, by assuring good electrical connection between an auxiliary wiring layer and a second electrode. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode is located on a substrate. An auxiliary wiring layer(11b) is located on the substrate, and is insulated from the first electrode. A first organic layer is located on the first electrode, and comprises a light-emitting layer and an opening(12a) on the region corresponding to the auxiliary wiring layer. A second electrode(20) covers the first organic layer and the opening. A connection part is located on the auxiliary wiring layer, and connects the second electrode to the auxiliary wiring layer electrically, and has more than one convex part. A second organic layer is located in the vicinity of the convex part of the connection part. |
