<p>The inventive laser parallelometer for forming a prosthetic plane relates to medicine, in particular to orthopedic stomatology and can be used for designing dentitions of removable full dentures. The invention makes it possible to determine the prosthetic (occlusive) plane in relation to a Camper horizontal line by means of a laser parallelometer, in a rapid, comfortable and highly accurate manner, for making removable prosthetic laminar dentures for patients. The laser parallelometer comprises a cylinder with a spring-loaded coaxial adjusting screw, an inner cylinder which is accommodated in the outer cylinder in such a way that it is axially movable, two line-tracing laser modules, wherein the fixed module projects the Camper horizontal line, and the movable module, when it is axially moved with respect to the fixed module, projects a line of the prosthetic plane position on a wax rim. The inventive laser parallelometer makes it possible to trace the prosthetic plane by means of the parallel laser beams without using additional verifications and corrections.</p> |
