<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device and a luminaire capable of irradiating even to the base side with the light similarly to a general illuminating electric clamp. <P>SOLUTION: The light source device includes: a light-emitting part 12 having a light-emitting diode; and a light guiding body 17 having an incident main surface 18 optically oppositely arranged in this light-emitting part via an air layer 18a, an incident side surface 18b arranged so as to surround the periphery of the air layer from the peripheral edge of this incident main surface, a bottom part reflecting surface 18c for reflecting the light incident from the incident side surface on an outside part opposed to this incident side surface and a light guiding part 16 for guiding the light incident on the incident main surface and the light reflected from the bottom part reflecting surface to an emitting part 19, wherein the light guiding body forms a reflecting part 20 in the emitting part 19 for reflecting and emitting the light guided by the light guiding part 16 to an external part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
