PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change printing conditions more easily than before and to make printing.

SOLUTION: A terminal device 2 is provided with: a basic printing condition reception processing unit 201 which makes a user specify first conditions for letting an image forming apparatus 1 print an image to be printed and the first number of prints of the image to be printed and receives inputs thereof; an exceptional printing condition reception processing unit 202 which makes the user specify second conditions different from the first conditions and the second number of prints of the image to be printed that the image forming apparatus 1 makes under the second conditions among the first number of prints, and receives inputs thereof; a basic printing data generation unit 203 which generates basic printing data 51 for printing the image to be printed under the first conditions as many as the difference between the first number of prints and the second number of prints; an exceptional printing data generation unit 204 which generates exceptional printing data 52 for printing the image to be printed under the second conditions as many as the second number of prints; and a printing data transmission control unit 205 which transmits the basic printing data 51 and exceptional printing data 52 to the image forming apparatus 1.
