<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diecasting machine in which a plunger can be properly controlled even if the amount of molten metal to be fed into a sleeve is not the set amount. <P>SOLUTION: The diecasting machine is provided with: a molten metal sensor Sm at a runner part Cr introducing molten metal M from a sleeve A into the cavity Cs of a die C; and a control unit G which, when the molten metal m is detected by the molten metal sensor Sm in a state in which a plunger tip 6 is operated to a packing direction, obtains the amount of the molten metal from the position of the plunger tip 6 at the detection timing to discriminate whether its packing is suitable or not, and controls the plunger tip 6 based on the discrimination result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
