摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen plate which enables formation of individual electrodes which have excellent printing durability, a small film thickness, and high evenness, and to provide an electrode formation method whereby individual electrodes in a small film thickness can be formed. <P>SOLUTION: The screen plate 10 used for forming a plurality of individual electrodes includes: discharge areas 11 arranged in a matrix at a cycle of 100 &mu;m to 200 &mu;m; and non discharge areas 12. The non discharge areas 12 includes: areas 12a excluding equivalent areas to the shapes of the individual electrodes; and masking areas 12b disposed in the equivalent areas 13 to the shapes of the individual electrodes and also connected to the areas excluding the equivalent areas 13 to the shapes of individual electrodes, wherein the area ratio of the masking areas 12b to the equivalent areas 13 to the shapes of the individual electrodes is 0.10 to 0.25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
