<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balanced anti-glare film providing a clear transparent video image, having an excellent reflection preventing function and producing remarkably small glare or whitening. <P>SOLUTION: The anti-glare film has surface irregularity, the pitch of the irregularity is 20-500 μm, the ratio of the height to the pitch of the irregularity is (2/1,000)-(300/1,000), and the standard deviation (σ) of the cross-section of the irregularity sliced in the center surface is ≤2 times of the average value S<SB>av</SB>of the cross-section area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
