<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-blast circuit-breaker excelling in compactness and cut-off performance and capable of surely intercepting a current from a small/medium current to a large current with small driving energy. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A cylindrical flow guide part 46 is integrally provided on the inner peripheral side of a check valve 41. The flow guide part 46 is formed extending in parallel along the axial face of an operating rod 26 and connected smoothly with a predetermined curvature to the check valve 41 of circular plate shape.
