<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the waste by effectively utilizing a portion which is not finally made into a product. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A connector 10 includes: a housing 11 molded by a mold cavity; tab-shaped terminals 20 insert-molded into the housing 11; and a protection part 13 provided integrally with the housing 11 and molded by a runner communicating with a cavity.
