<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paint plate in which a pattern having a natural feeling is formed by forming the random voids due to ink omission on an inkjet layer and the formation of an unnatural appearance due to excessive deviation of positions of forming the voids due to ink omission is suppressed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the paint plate, an inkjet layer 3 and a clear layer 4 formed so as to be laminated on the inkjet layer 3 are disposed on a substrate 1. The inkjet layer 3 is formed with an aqueous ink according to an inkjet coating based on data of a color pattern and the clear layer 4 is formed with a hydrophobic clear coating material before the aqueous ink which is applied according to the inkjet coating is dried.
