<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspecting method of an inkjet head with which the bonding state of a piezoelectric element fixed to the inkjet head by bonding can be accurately inspected in a short time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A signal waveform caused by the residual vibration of the piezoelectric element 4 generating by the application of pulse voltages from a driving circuit 8 to the piezoelectric element 4 fixed to the diaphragm 7 of the inkjet head by bonding is measured by a test circuit 9. By determining whether the amplitude of the signal waveform is within the reference range, the bonding state of the piezoelectric element 4 is determined as poor when the amplitude is out of the reference range.
