PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lever tumbler cylinder lock which enables exchange of a door key at a low cost without exchanging a cylinder lock when a resident is replaced, and has a function to allow a constructor to lock/unlock the door. SOLUTION: The lever tumbler cylinder lock 1 is set up by rotatably storing an internal cylinder assembly 25 in an external cylinder 2. The internal cylinder assembly consists of an internal cylinder 5 obtained by arranging partition plates 10 which axially support 11a, 12a tumbler elements 11, 12 in parallel with each other along a longitudinal axis L, an internal cylinder cap 3 arranged at one end of the internal cylinder 5, and an internal cylinder bottom 6 arranged at the other end of the internal cylinder, in which the internal cylinder, the internal cap and the internal cylinder bottom are formed into a unit. Herein the lever tumbler cylinder lock has a function of changing its mode to an ordinary mode in which the lock is operable by a child key 22 of the resident, a converted mode in which the lock is operable by a memory key 24 of a janitor, and a construction mode in which the lock is operable by a construction key 23 of the constructor.
