SOLUTION: An opening is provided on the side of a base member 41, a rear case member 32 formed in a box shape capable of housing a main control board 21 in the state of covering an element installation surface is fixed to the base member 41, and an identification sticker 56 provided with a wirelessly communicable IC tag having prescribed identification information is stuck over a flange piece 36 of the rear case member 32 and the upper surface of the base member 41.
