PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game server and a game system capable of resolving a sense of partiality felt by the beginner by notifying good/bad of game pins to the beginner who is unaccustomed to the game. SOLUTION: This game server evaluates game pins of image information received by a communication control section, based on the image information of a game board transmitted from a cellular phone and virtual game board information, or game pin information stored in a storage part of the game server, and transmits the information related to the evaluation result to the cellular phone via a communication line.
