摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state estimation device for an on-vehicle battery capable of accurately estimating the lowest value of a battery voltage accompanying stopping and restarting of an internal combustion engine regarding the on-vehicle battery for starting the internal combustion engine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Based on a detection value regarding the state of the battery 30, a voltage descending amount before starting (ΔVjh+ΔVbn) for a period T1-T2 from after stop action starting to before restarting beginning of the internal combustion engine 10 is presumed (S100, S200), and based on the detection value regarding the state of the battery 30, a starting time voltage descending amount (ΔVst) for a period T3 from after restarting beginning to completion of restarting of the internal combustion engine 10 is presumed (S300). Based on the voltage detection value (VjO) before stopping action starting of the internal combustion engine 10 in the battery 30, the voltage descending amount before starting (ΔVjh+ΔVbn) and the starting time voltage descending amount (ΔVst), the lowest voltage of the battery 30 for the period T1-T3 from after stopping action starting to completion of restarting of the internal combustion engine 10 is presumed (S400).
