PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composite sheet which is suitable for a press-contacting process using various anisotropic electroconductive films and which has a long repetitive use life and good mold releasing characteristic. SOLUTION: The composite sheet used in a thermal press-contacting process which is one of manufacturing processes of electronic equipment includes a heat-resistant resin film and sheets which are formed on both surfaces of the heat-resistant resin film and are composed of a silicone rubber based composition. The silicone rubber system composition of the sheet includes 2 to 100 parts weight of silica powder, 0 to 200 parts weight of carbon black, 10 to 1,000 parts weight of magnesium oxide, 0 to 20 parts weight of iron oxide and 0.1 to 0.5 parts weight of cerium oxide with respect to 100 parts weight of silicone rubber.
