PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator who has received a previous call to receive a re-call when a caller calls a call center again. SOLUTION: The reception part 121 of a front reception part 1 decides whether or not a call received from a caller is a re-call to an operator, and when it is decided that the call is the re-call to the operator, a busy decision part 122 decides whether or not the operator is receiving a call from other caller. When it is decided that the operator is receiving a call, a reception propriety determination part 123 determines whether or not the operator receives the re-call. In determining that the operator receives the re-call and when the operator receives the re-call, a line connection means connects the line of the re-call to the operator.
