摘要 The invention relates to foundry production and concerns the method of treating the steel fusions during crystallization. The object of invention consists in that fusion is cooled below temperatures of liquidus by 10-15 % of the solidification temperature range of steel, after which the fusion is processed with a fireproof vibrating rod with acceleration (0.3-0.5) g, where g - acceleration due to gravity, up to the end of fusion crystallization. If required blowing through alloy is carried out by inert gas with simultaneous mixing of fusion by a mechanical fireproof mixer. The invention provides for cast grain refining during crystallization, decrease of structural heterogeneity of steel castings, increase of impact elasticity of metal.
