The invention relates to radio-engineering and can be used for increase of safety of motion of motor transport. System for automated control of car driver keeping to rules of the road consists of multi-functional car apparatuses, center of collection and processing of information, network of centers for information propagation and portable apparatus-program modules. All those elements of system interact as follows. Formalized rules of road (restrictions for parameters of motion) formed and distributed by system come fo multi-functional car apparatuses. Comparison of coordinates and components of vector of velocity of the vehicle to those is carried out for ones calculated by signals GNSS and if results of comparison make evidence of breakage of rules of road those results together with respective navigation measurements are entered to on-board memory block of the vehicle. At scheduled check by road police staff through portable apparatus-program module those data are entered to center for collection and processing of information where additional processing of those is carried out, with involvement of measurements of the neighboring GNSS basic stations, as result of it one makes end statement ion presence or absence of road laws breakage for each specific case. Due to realization of the system proposed one provides obligatory reveal of breakages of road laws reveal like velocity exceeding, breakage of parking rules, exit to reverse strip, turn in not proper place. |
