A mechatronic hydraulic unit with hybrid executive mechanism includes asynchronous electric motor with power supply from system of frequency control that consists of three-phase rectifier at input of which in parallel a unit of smoothing capacitors is installed, this is connected to unit for control of voltage keys, generator of frequency control and asynchronous electric motor, with control by nonlinear function generator, it is connected through clutch to non-controlled reversing pump input and output of which are connected by pipelines to feeding device and safety valves and distribution device that by pipelines is connected to executive mechanism, in particular hydraulic cylinder. In the line between three-phase rectifier and block for control of voltage keys, after block of smoothing capacitors, additionally, in series, load resistor is installed, signals from its input and output are fed to input of nonlinear function generator, this forms back coupling by power of consumption, and distribution device connected by pipelines to executive mechanism is arranged as double-side lock valve. |
