The package has a carrier layer (1) made of paper, board or cardboard and coated on a side with a decorative layer (2) made of UV-material, and a reference bend line partially separating the carrier layer. The reference bend line is divided into package areas bordered by the reference bend line. The package areas enclose a bend angle with each other in a bend condition. A wedge-shaped material recess is provided in the carrier layer and expanded in a direction of the reference bend line. The material recess exhibits a wedge angle (alpha) equal to the bend angle. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing of a package.
