FIELD: road construction industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices of removing ice from surfaces, levelling the ice surface, manufacturing ice sculptures. Working member for ice works includes the base made with the possibility of being turned about inclined axis of its rotation, and at least one cutting element on external part.
