<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology preventing solid fermentation distillation residue from contamination by putrefactive bacteria (various bacteria) to increase preservation stability, and bringing a C/N ratio to an excellent range to produce high quality feed. <P>SOLUTION: The feed contains distillation residue obtained by distilling alcohol from solid fermented unrefined sake after solid fermentation, and lactic acid bacteria.
