<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which can maintain the image quality of a developed image even when image data having an image area ratio different from that of a standard image are printed. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes: an image forming means forming an image in accordance with image data and holding operation condition information regarding the formation of the image; a replacement member stored in the image forming means and used for image formation; a use amount calculating part calculating the amount of use of the replacement member; and an annunciation control part controlling the annunciation of the replacement information on the replacement member, the annunciation control part controls the time at which the replacement information is annunciated based on the calculation result calculated by the use amount calculating part and the conditions of the operation of the image forming means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
