PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image output device for correcting a degraded image while reducing a load on a camera and the like. SOLUTION: An image output device includes a processor 4 for restoring a changed or degraded image to a non-degraded image, a desired image, or an image similar to the images (original image). The processor 4 generates new data on change factor information showing a factor of the change, and restores the degraded image to the original image on the basis of the generated change factor information, and outputting the obtained original image.
