PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily achieve connection of a battery pack and connection to a substrate in simple constitution. SOLUTION: A power source control device formed by housing a plurality of battery modules each of which is formed by connecting a plurality of unit cells in series in a battery housing box in parallel and connecting the battery modules in series includes: a battery control unit controlling the voltage of a battery pack and each battery module; and a plurality of bus bar modules having a plurality of bus bars installed between the battery module and the battery control unit, and connecting a positive electrode and a negative electrode of adjacent unit cells, wherein each bus bar is composed of a lead pin integral bus bar formed by integrally molding a lead pin for relay substrate connection.
