PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit battery for a battery pack and a manufacturing method of the battery pack, advantageous for downsizing with insulation properties secured upon conveyance. SOLUTION: The unit battery 10 for the battery pack for attaching an accessory component at one end has an insulation sheet 5 with an adhesive having an adhesive 7 on an insulation sheet 6 at one end, the insulation sheet 5 free in being peeled off from the adhesive 7. With this, insulation of the unit battery 10 is secured at conveyance, and at the same time, an accessory component can be adhered to the adhesive 7 exposed by peeling off of the insulation sheet 6 at attachment of the accessory. In other words, there is no need of newly pasting an adhesive at attachment of an accessory, so that it is advantageous for downsizing of a battery pack and hike of manufacturing cost can be restrained.
