PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a variation of striking positions or the like of ink to outlets among a plurality of heads. SOLUTION: The head unit 33 has a supply tank 34 which stores the ink above a plurality of heads 32, and a collecting part 36 with an internal space to which the ink from the plurality of heads 32 flows in. In the head unit 33, a plurality of ink inlet tubes 351 which form a plurality of passages to reach the plurality of heads 32 from the supply tank 34 are formed into the same shapes, thereby equalizing the resistance of the plurality of passages, and a plurality of ink outlet tubes 352 which form a plurality of passages to reach the collecting part 36 from the plurality of heads 32 are formed into the same shapes, thereby equalizing the resistance of the plurality of passages. Flow rates of the ink and the pressure of the ink at the outlets can be made equal with each other in the plurality of heads 32.
