PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set up spot selection operation when a user sets up a course and a priority of the selected spot. SOLUTION: This navigation device 40 has a coordinate acquisition part which acquires the coordinate value indicating the position on an exclusive sheet 15 (print medium) and the generation time of the coordinate value, a coordinate conversion table for converting the coordinate value into the positional information on the map printed on the print medium, a coordinate conversion part which refers to the coordinate conversion table and converts it into the positional information on the map, a spot specification part which specifies the spot on the map from the positional information converted by the coordinate conversion part, and a priority setup part which sets up the priority of the spots based on either or both the generation time of the coordinate value and the distance between the coordinate values when the plurality of coordinate values are acquired by the coordinate acquisition part.
