<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal management system of an electric drive vehicle in which a cooling liquid circulating cycle and a heat medium circulating cycle are effectively associated with each other and total energy efficiency is improved. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The thermal management system of the electric drive vehicle includes: a power electronics apparatus 3 having a traveling motor 41 driven by a battery 39; a power electronics system cooling cycle 7 which circulates a cooling liquid between the power electronics apparatus 3 and a cooling radiator 47; a heat medium circulating cycle 11 which circulates a heat medium between a heater core 29 and an electric heater 27 and an intermediate heat exchanger 55 in which heat exchange is performed between the heat medium which flows through the heat medium circulating cycle 11 and the cooling liquid which goes out from the power electronics apparatus 3 in the power electronics system cooling cycle 7 and flows toward an engine cooling radiator 47.
