<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit unit capable of suppressing power supply voltage variation by further flattening frequency characteristics of power supply impedance as compared with the prior arts, and capable of suppressing occurrence of unstable operation of an active element integrated body or spurious radiation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A resistor Rs, equivalent inductance Lc3 and equivalent capacitance Cc3 of a capacitor C3 for cancellation and equivalent inductance Ln2 of a node N2 configure an anti-resonance cancellation circuit 30. The resonant frequency f<SB>3</SB>of the anti-resonance cancellation circuit 30 is matched with an anti-resonant frequency f<SB>m</SB>and the resistance value of the resistor Rs is set to an optimal value so as to flatten frequency characteristics between a first resonant frequency f<SB>1</SB>and a second resonant frequency f<SB>2</SB>in power supply impedance. The power supply impedance at an anti-resonance point is lowered by resonance due to the anti-resonance cancellation circuit 30 and the raised portion of power supply impedance by anti-resonance is canceled.
