PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of adjusting rollers in a printing machine capable of performing very even water supply to a printing plate, and a wetting device suitable for carrying out the method. SOLUTION: A method of adjusting rollers in a printing machine having a first roller (1), a second roller (2), and a third roller (3) enables the second roller (2) to come in contact with both of the first roller (1) and the third roller (3), the second roller (2) to be disposed in unparallel with the third roller (3) in the axial direction, and the first roller (1) to be adjusted to a position in unparallel with the third roller (3) in the axial direction.
