PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide guide members to be used for a game medium cleaning device which improve a cleaning effect, is less contaminated due to a cleaning liquid inside the device, facilitate maintenance, and prevent nonuniformity in cleaning. SOLUTION: The bar shape guide members 32a, 32b are provided between which belt shape wiping cloths 31a, 31b for wiping the surfaces of the game media M1, M2 such as tokens and coins are disposed in a tensioned state. The bar shape guide members 32a, 32b comprises: guide rods 36 formed in a hollow shape so as to supply the cleaning liquid and having through-holes 38a which are opened in the outer peripheral surfaces so as to communicate with inner hollow parts 38; and cylindrical cover bodies 37a loosely fitted to the guide rods 36 so as to be freely rotatable via gaps S to be liquid passages, and having a plurality of discharge holes 39 in the outer peripheral surfaces which are opened over the whole part in the longitudinal direction so as to communicate with the gaps S. The cleaning liquid to be supplied to the inner hollow parts 38 of the guide rods 36 is discharged from respective discharge holes 39 through the through-holes 38a and the gaps S so that the belt shape wiping cloths 31a, 31b in contact with the guide members 32a, 32b are impregnated with the cleaning liquid.
