A waste recovery unit has a combustion chamber with windows for loading and unloading ashes, afterburning chamber with thermal couples installed there, fire grate, chimney, pipeline and burner. The unit has second burner, cooling chamber placed under common floor with burning, afterburning chambers and removable water heater unit, in system of municipal heating, with air intake hatch and window for unloading not burned element, besides that the chimney has ventilator and is connected to system of cyclones, system of filters and pipeline. System of cyclones is connected to cooling chamber in which heat exchange unit of boiler for water for system of municipal heating is installed. Fire grate arranged as hollow grate parallelepiped is installed in the lower part of burning chamber. Afterburning chamber has deflector-catalyst arranged as pack of placed in vertical positions plates made of fire-proofed cast iron. Volume of afterburning chamber is six times larger compared to afterburning chamber and between those ones and cooling chamber partitions are provided. Burners installed in burning and afterburning chambers are made as injection ones. At above over installation supercharge ventilator is installed. |
