METHOD FOR MEASURING INGREDIENT CONCENTRATION BY USING FIDUCIAL WAVELENGTH

A method for measuring an ingredient concentration by using a fiducial wavelength comprises: confirming a wavelength at which a light intensity is not sensitive to the variation of the measured ingredient concentration as the fiducial wavelength of the measured ingredient; measuring and obtaining the spectra at the fiducial wavelength and other measuring wavelengths at the same time; data processing is conducted to the spectra at other measuring wavelengths by using the spectrum at the fiducial wavelength as an inner reference, obtaining a characteristic spectrum which contains the specific information of the measured ingredient; building a mathematic correction model between the characteristic spectrum and the measured ingredient concentration and obtaining the measured ingredient concentration based on the mathematic correction model.
