The drive has an inner tube (1) arranged in an outer tube (2) in a rotatable manner and comprising a centrically arranged threaded spindle (3) with a sliding cylinder (7) that is movable in a longitudinal direction. The inner tube has a longitudinal slot (5), and the outer tube has a helical slot (4), and the sliding cylinder has a radially arranged pivot (6). The pivot projects through the slots in such a manner that the inner and outer tubes rotate opposite to each other during rotation of the spindle and during longitudinal movement of the sliding cylinder.
