FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and can be used in training process practice, for determining of individually permissible load and physical work capacity during all athlete's life. For this purpose estimation of degree of organism training based on integral estimation of "external" side is carried out via determination of indices of load intensity and time of its influence. Determination of organism load intensity is carried out via integral indices of intensity and time of influence on organism both in process of one training and during all athlete's career by mathematical formula: J=a+Nb1+tb2. ^ EFFECT: method allows to increase accuracy of organism diagnostics due to timely registration of changes of load time and intensity taking into account individual peculiarities. ^ 4 tbl
