<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a printer that prevents a distortion in printed visible information even when the visible information is printed by causing a plurality of discharge nozzles to discharge ink droplets, at two or more timing points, onto a rotating object to be printed; a printing method; and a printing program. <P>SOLUTION: A controller converts visible information expressed by two-axis orthogonal coordinate data into polar coordinate data, and binarizes the polar coordinate data to generate binary polar coordinate data. Next, the controller performs landing position correction with respect to the binary polar coordinate data to generate ink discharge data for which deviations of the landing positions of ink droplets due to the order in which the ink droplets of the discharge nozzles are discharged are corrected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
