PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water conditioner capable of obtaining hydrogen-containing-electrolytic water in which hydrogen is sufficiently and surely dissolved without requiring large scale equipment.

SOLUTION: The water conditioner for hydrogen-containing-electrolytic water includes a second ion water flow passage 14 for allowing flow of alkali ion water flowing in a passage 2 of the negative side of an electrolyzer 12, a circulation system for circulating part of the alkali ion water flowing in the second ion water flow passage 14 to the passage 2 of the negative side of the electrolyzer 12 and an occluding agent feed system feeding an occluding agent occluding dissolved hydrogen to a water discharge opening of the second ion water flow passage. Part of the alkali ion water ion-exchanged by flowing through the flow passage 2 of the negative side of the electrolyzer 12 is made to circulate to the flow passage 2 of the negative side, hydrogen is dissolved into the ion-exchanged alkali ion water and then the hydrogen-containing-electrolytic water is obtained by feeding an occluding agent occluding dissolved hydrogen to the alkali ion water.
