摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce communication signal demodulation errors caused by a signal that intermittently comes from an apparatus different from a transmission apparatus. SOLUTION: A mobile station 12 includes: an AGC part 24 that controls a received power of a communication signal transmitted from a base station via at least one OFDMA subchannel depending on the maximum received power of a signal received on any one subchannel together with the communication signal; a received power difference detector 30 that detects a received power difference between the maximum received power of the signal transmitted from the base station and the maximum received power of the signal coming from an apparatus different from the base station; and a modulation method-determining part 38 that determines a modulation method of a new communication signal transmitted from the base station based on a signal quality of the communication signal whose received power is controlled by the AGC part 24 and on the received power difference detected by the received power difference detector 30.
