<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent for electrical or electronic equipment members, high in adhesivity to various base materials used as electrical or electronic equipment members, also high in dissolving resistance to solvents such as cyclohexanone, and slight in staining tendency. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The coating agent comprises (A) a polyolefin resin with the content of an unsaturated carboxylic acid component being 0.01-10 mass%.
